Hello. I have a OBi100 and am have been using it purely as a call bridge device. I want to set it up in a way that only people on the Circle of Trust can hear AA announcement. For all other callers I want to give them a busy signal. Is there a way to do that?

TIA.

I wonder if you mean Circle of Trust or Trusted Callers. Circle of Trust only applies to OBi numbers. Trusted Callers applies to all other numbers. Either way the easy way is to simply remove all rules that do not have an "aa" in them.

For Circle of Trust you may be left with:

Voice Services > OBiTALK Service > InboundCallRoute:
{(200123456|290654321|200454545):aa}

For Trusted Callers you may be left with:

Voice Services > SP1 Service > X_InboundCallRoute:
{(12345678912|19876543212|12323232323):aa}

Other callers should receive fast busy or a message on their soft phone "486:Busy Here"

Thank you for pointing out. For a moment, I was confused about the two fields that are sound very similar. What I really meant was Trusted Callers.

Works like a charm. Thank you so much.
