How do I set up for receiving calls
«

Hello,
I am able to make outgoing calls without any problem. What do I need to do to set up for receiving incoming calls.
Also, what is the IP address which allows me to see the OBI settings.
Thank you.

You need to be more specific about your setup. Do you use GV? or some SIP/VoIP provider?
To get the IP address of you obi dial: ***4 on the phone that is connected to that specific obi.
It will announce the IP address.

I suggest you click on your user name and review your old posts. You'll see a 2012 post that answers your IP address question. Since you've been installed for over a year, you need to provide more information as to why your system doesn't currently receive calls - what did you change?
