Calling from GV to GV strange behavior

Hortoristic:
I have two GV numbers, one for my home and another wired up on my Android.

Whenever I call from my Android using the cell GV, to my home GV, it goes straight to GV Recorded Name message - not voicemail - but "Recorded Name" (2nd setting down in voice settings inside GV) - plays my custom message, "Joe Horton is not available, please leave a message..." - a different message than someone else gets for voicemail.

To get around this problem, when I want to call home, I call my Callcentric number - but would prefer to be calling my real home number.

On my OBITalk portal dashboard, I'm seeing my OBI202, and belwo that an OBI number associated with my cell number - is that maybe causing the problem?  Not clear why GV "recorded name" (not voicemail) is intercepting my call.

Finally got this sorted out!  If you flag a number in GV as SPAM, it takes a voice mail message, but just tosses it in SPAM folder and you don't get any sort of notification. 

Somehow; a couple good numbers were flagged as SPAM, even my own cell number.  Once I un-flagged them as SPAM - calls started going through.
