Not getting calls - wired phone connected to OBI-110

I'm calling my newley setp number via GV, and calls go to G voicemail after a few rings. I can make outgoing calls okay, and I have unchecked the go to voice mail setting in GV. Where should I be looking to change setting OBI setup GV ? What are the steps to correct / trouble shoot.

Okay, checking Google Chat was the trick. BUT!!! I am getting a message right before the call is put through to say my name first, and then it rings. Where is that setting ?
