It already is and has been for quite sometime.  I use it all the time to follow what is going on through Feedly.

For the Forums it is:

      http://www.obitalk.com/forum/index.php?type=rss;action=.xml

For the Obi Blog it is:

      http://blog.obihai.com/feeds/posts/default
