network status IP address not available Reason 00

I can no longer place a call with my Obi202. My network is up. I am using it to post this thread.
The message on the phone states to check the FAQ for Reason 00. I was unable to find the page.
Any ideas what it could be?

It flashes on/off with about a 1 second interval.

I took the shotgun approach after reading a bunch of different posts. I made sure my Obi was issued a static IP, I did a hard reset of the Obi, I rebooted both the router and the obi after replacing the cable between the router and the blue/Internet port on the Obi.
One of the above did the trick and it is now working.

This thread does not help this issue. I have this problem all of the sudden.
