two separate google voice accounts in diferent locations

i live in two different parts of the country. i need an account and phone number in each area. i'm having trouble putting 2 accounts on the same laptop. i am doing some thing wrong. any help would be appreciated.

I think you will do better with two GV accounts that each has its own phone number.
