Activated OBi202 w/VOIPo but no Message Waiting Indicator

What's the secret to getting MWI enabled? The default OBItalk Settings were checked but no indicator. So I checked the other column, Device Default, and still no indicator (stutter). I searched the forum but could not find where this was addressed.  Thanks.
