message waiting voice mail notification always on

Hi,

My voice mail stutter tone and message waiting light are always on.  If I turn the voice mail notification off on the Obi202, configure voice providers, SP2, which is a freephoneline.ca account, then the stutter and light go off.  

But then, I have no indication either.
All other service providers remain unchecked.

I have a Linksys ES6500 with SIP checked.

Any suggestions?

My message waiting indicator is always on too, but I am using an RCA analog phone on the OBI 202 configured for use with Google Voice. 

Even when I uncheck MWIEnable, MWIEnable2, X_VMWIEnable, and X_VMWIEnable2, X_SMSNotify in the expert configuration, the message waiting indicator still flashes and the tone stutters when I pick up the phone.  Google Voice shows no voicemail messages.  I deleted them all.  Still, it will not recognize that there are no messages waiting.

Delete or archive all messages on the GV site.
