I see in Auto Attendant there is a "NumberOnNoInput" - and I've seen posts how to leverage this to do call hunting.

Can someone give me a simple walk through how to set up call hunting between 3 numbers? 

And a side - question; if my cell is one of the numbers on the hunt, and it goes to voice mail right away - does that stop the hunting?

Here is a discussion which can be modified to achieve what you asking. You may need to use these settings:
CallForwardOnNoAnswerEnable      
CallForwardOnNoAnswerNumber   
CallForwardOnNoAnswerRingCount
