It worked originally..  However whenever someone calls me they get a cannot complete call.
I have google voice if that helps.

Should they be calling my google voice number or other number for starters?

I did have to change my config to make the touch tone work with my phone however my next step is to revert those changes..?

google voice number. When they call, do they get your GV voicemail after 25 seconds? If not, stop there and report back.

The changes to adjust Touchtone something-or-other should not affect your phone ringing. So you are suspecting you changed something else. Did you make router changes? That would seem to be the more likely cause of being able to call out but not call in.

Go to the OBiTalk Dashboard. To the right of the name that you gave
to your OBi, do you have a green icon under Status, which indicates
Online?  Click on the name that you gave to your Obi. Under
Configure Voice Service Providers (SP) does it say Connected for service provider that you set up for    Google Voice?

To test for router problems if you have a separate router, consider connecting the OBi directly to your modem without the router,  as a test, if you can. Reboot the modem. Do your symptoms change?

Go to http://www.obihai.com/faq
Click on "Google Voice and the OBi" on the left.
Click on "My OBi Does Not Ring"
Follow the information there first.

The problem could also involve your router. If you have a separate
modem and router, try plugging the Obi directly into the Modem and
reboot your modem. Try a test call to your OBi number.
