Obi disables internet
Kichi:
Thanks. I have tried all of that to no avail. Factory resetting the obihai helped for a few days but the problem is back now. Moreover, working with customer support has been like pulling teeth.
How do I review the log files for obi110. That may offer some clues.

These, especially the first one, should be helpful regarding logging:

Did you solve the problem? I have the exactly same issue.
Kichi:
No. Ended up ditching the obi device. I have seen this issue come up in a number of posts across the internet. Clearly an issue with some of their devices.
I have to say that obi customer service is beyond horrible. They were not even willing to entertain the possibility that this could be ab issuer with their device. From their perspective, it had to be an issue with something I was doing (even though this was a consistent issue for me even after I switched routers, modems, ISPs etc.).
I moved to a different ATA and am using callcentric. Much happier now.
