Hello,

I just installed my obi200.  At least for now, I've configured 3 accounts...this might eventually drop to two for simplicity sake:

1) Google Voice (domestic)
2) VOIP.MS (international, back up)
3) Anveo (incoming fax number, E911, possible outgoing fax as well).

I'm assuming there is either a way to press a sequence of keys to 'choose' an account before dialing, but especially with the fax or E911, it would be nice if it was automatic.

Can anyone guide me to a page of information which would give configuration examples?

Thanks!

P.S. - very happy with the device...I consider the Obi to be the 'swiss army knife' of voip devices Smiley

If you used the web portal to set up your Obi there should have been a box you could check to make Anveo the 911 provider.  If you dial a regular number the Obi will use the default provider set up for the phone port. To use a different service provider just dial the corresponding star code before you dial the number.

The default service route access codes are defined as:
** 1 : SIP Service Provider 1 or Google Voice Service 1 (SP1)

** 2 : SIP Service Provider 2 or Google Voice Service 2 (SP2)

** 3 : SIP Service Provider 3 or Google Voice Service 3 (SP3)

** 4 : SIP Service Provider 4 or Google Voice Service 4 (SP4)

If you decide to use the Bluetooth adapter

**8 or
**81: OBiBlueTooth 1 Service (BT1)

**82: OBiBlueTooth 2 Service (BT2

You can set up a dial plan if you want to use a specific provider to dial all calls to a specific area code or country.

Here are a couple discussions about dial plans.

Thank you very much...this is very helpful information.  I was successful in using the star codes to access different accounts...and I'm sure I'll figure out how to route calls based on prefixes (international) or 911....

....I set up my 911 directly through anveo because I already had an account...I'm guessing I'll just need to set up a routine to identify "911" and route it to my anveo line.

Thanks again!
