Forward on busy / no answer FreePhoneLine OBI202 not working!

Hi All,

These settings do not work at all.
Unconditional forwarding works fine.

Voicemail is configured to 5 calls on FPL portal.

Phone1 setting inside obi device (same on obitalk)

SP1 settings inside obi device (same on obitalk)

I get FPL voicemail prompt right away on busy.
