We ported our Comcast home phone number to Google Voice (via an AT&T burner phone) last March.  There are a few people we know with Comcast home phones that cannot get through to our house.  They get the message "we're sorry your call cannot be completed at this time please try again later".  The only people having the problem are Comcast lines.  But there are a few people with Comcast lines that HAVE been able to get through.  We don't know whether it is a problem with Comcast, Google Voice or OBi.  Is anyone aware of an issue like this?  Any ideas of a solution?

I never heard of it, but I am suspecting that some Comcast server never got updated with the porting information. I don't know how you might test for this or deal with this.

I agree with the above, this sounds like a Comcast-to-Comcast problem, where something at Comcast thinks your number is still a Comcast number.

I'd say report it to their customer support.
