ObiBT not detected in Obi200

I have Obi200 + ObiBT and I am able provision it with GV but the ObiBT dongle section of Status Page always says No Dongle.

The USB jack doesn't go all the way into the Obi200 but it has its light blinking, so I assume it is in to whatever extent it can go. Is this the case with others as well ?

I have tried Power cycling, and with or without ObiBT plugged into it, no change in its status.

Please help if I am doing something wrong here

It should be as easy as plugging the device in.  Perhaps your dongle is defective.  Make sure your firmware is up to date.
