Since I installed GV with Obi Box 5 months ag, I get a very bad connection. I complained about this before and nothing was done or changed. I sill get a PROGRESSIVELY horrible reception - people can't hear me at all - my voice is COMPLETELY chopped up! >:(

When using GV via cell phone, voice quality is good both ways. Maybe I need a better Router or it is an Obi's issue?? Anyone can advise me here, please?  ::)

Posting the same comment in 4 different sections of the forum is misuse of the forum, and people are going to ignore you for doing this.

Fact- you say that no one responds to you.  Well, on September 19th you jumped on a thread (also considered poor forum ettiqutte AND you were responded to.  YOU didn't respond to the suggestion.  Here is that thread: http://www.obitalk.com/forum/index.php?topic=6359.msg42096#msg42096

Note that these forums are NOT manned by OBi personnel.  We are customers, like yourself, that help each other.  If you want to complain to OBi or have them provide support under warranty then you need to go here: http://www.obihai.com/request-support and do so.

I am sorry but I was unaware of misusing this forum. I must have gotten confused or I wanted my problem to be noticed in two places where people were talking about similar issues.

Do not judge me so harshly - I did not mean DISRESPECT but this forum confuses me sometimes!
Maybe I am not as smart as most of you guys... Will resign - have nice holidays you all!
