Anyone have experience of this gateway.  I would like to know if you can  set up QoS and if not does the obi work ok with out it?

That depends on how fast your internet connection is and what else is traversing it when the OBi is on a call.

And don't overlook that QoS on your router/gateway controls only the traffic originating on your LAN.  It cannot directly control what is coming to it from the WAN.
