It looked like 400 to me on the one beep I analyzed. I also looked at the spectrum and saw a 200, since this may be square wavish, that makes sense.

Still haven't gotten this figured out.  It is very frustrating.

If anyone could help, I would be extremely grateful for their assistance.

I don't want to over simplify, but are you in the US and using a standard PSTN line? I left all of the tones at their default settings and have never seen an issue detecting disconnect since I think it was build 2690. Before that there were some issues. But I'm on a standard line from ATT.
