Phone Port Dead on Obi 110

It seems that my phone port is dead on my 110. I have reset it to factory default but I still don’t get a dial tone. The phone indicator light is on along with the line light but no dial tone.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to trouble shoot and or fix this problem?
