I can make them from the obi device but when I call that obidevice which is hooked up to my google voice number.. I get no ring and this message.

'The google subscriber you called is not available, please leave a message'

So maybe it's going through but obi isn't picking it up?

Sounds like you have not forwarded your GV to chat.

Does the OBi record any call in its call history page?  (Have to use a web browser direct to the OBi.)
