[RESOLVED] - Fork incoming calls.

(1/1)

Bandera:
Hello,

I will like to fork all incoming calls to SP1 to PH1 and my cell phone.
Can anyone help me with the configuration?

Here is my current configuration:

X_InboundCallRoute --> {ph1,pp(905XXXXXXX),pp(1416XXXXXXX)} -- for SP1

In the logs i can see:

Fork to:
PH1
PP1(905XXXXXXX)
PP1(1416XXXXXXX)
19:41:37      Ringing (PH1)
19:41:41      Call Connected (PH1)

thank you.

Bandera - welcome to the forum.

I think we need some more information. What model of OBi do you have - OBi100, OBi202 etc? Which X_InboundCallRoute are your referring to - sp1, sp2 or ?

"pp" refers to OBiTALK Trunk 1. This can only be used to call other OBi numbers. For example your softphone number 290xxxxxx.

To call your cell phone number or your regular home number you need to use a service provider - Google Voice, Callcentric etc.

For example, if you had a service provider on sp2, then you might use this InboundCallRoute:

X_InboundCallRoute --> {ph1,sp2(905xxxxxxx),sp2(1416xxxxxxx)}

Most service providers allow two simultaneous calls so using sp2 twice should be OK. You may need to add the "1" to your cell phone number - 1905xxxxxxx.

Hello ianobi,

Here is the additional information:

I am using an Obi202. The X_InboundCallRoute that i am referring to is for sp1.

I tested with your recommendation and it works.  :)

Both, home phone and cell phone are ringing when a call comes trough.

Thank you for your help.
