Inspired by hwdsl2′s excellent post, http://www.dslreports.com/forum/r28950300-Google-Voice-Calculating-monthly-Google-Voice-minutes-usage, I dusted off my Delphi & Pascal books and created a Windows version of his program.

thanks, I saw that thread but wasn't interested in spinning up a Linux to try it out.
