Broadvoice drops calls - Obi100

I just bought a Obi100 to work with Broadvoice service.  Everything works great for the first 10 - 15 seconds of a call.  This happens regardless of the proxy server I use.

I have very fast internet service.  

Please advice on how to resolve my issue.  I can tweak router and adapter settings as suggested by any of you.  Thanks.
