I changed my google password - how to update OBi100?

KDPII:
Our phone has been offline since I changed my password and I just figured this out.
But I can't locate the device configuration menu in ObiTalk to update the new password.
Do I have to delete everything and start over just to update a password?
there must be a simple answer.
Please help if you can.
Thank you so much!

Best,
KDP

You don't say if you configured your OBi100 via obitalk.com or by directly accessing device's internal web server?

Assuming it was the former, try this:

1.  Login to obitalk.com

2.  In the rectangle with "My OBi endpoints" in its top left corner you should see  a line with a small picture of an OBi adaptor at the left and the number under OBi No. should be the same as the 9 digit number on the bottom of your OBi100.  Click the cogwheel at the end of that line.  On the new page find the rectangle with two lines having SP1 and SP2 in the left hand columns.  Click the cogwheel on whichever SP you are using for GV.  You should see something like what is shown at http://obihai.com/tutorial7-202.  Find the password field, enter you new password and click submit.

KDPII:
You are right, I used OBitalk.
And the number is different than under my OBi100.
I'll try changing the number to match.
Thank you for replying - you are an tech angel!

KDPII:
Oops, I can't change the OBi number...
when I try to add a new device, it says my device is already registered and I may have to do a factory reset.
Anyway around this?

KDPII:
Also, under the OBi Voice Gateway it shows no options, no SP1 or SP2.
