Call rejected reason 404

I have an obi100 I have conducted the echo test and can reach that number no problem however with I try to call a number in alaska area code 907 I get the automated message that the call was rejected and reason 404.
I have reset the device and reloaded the Obivoice settings which it is now registered to. I can make other calls out but for some reason only this number to Alaska wont go through. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be appreciated.

Some exchanges, including my local one, charge high rates for handling the calls. My service provider tried to come up a solution but to no avail. Anyway, I suspect nothing is wrong with your Obi but the problem described above.

And if you have Anveo or a service with similar feature, you may have configured a max rate for connections and the connection you are trying exceeds that max rate.

If you are manually configuring your Obihai device, I recommend following the steps on this tutorial to resolve this issue.
Also, there could be a problem with routing to that specific number. Since Alaska is not within the lower 48 states we may not be able to provide free calling to that number. If you would like us to investigate that though, please contact Obivoice support and provide us with that number so that we can check it out. Thanks!
EDIT: mgsnell was able to contact us and provide the number. Nothing was wrong with his Obihai equipment. It was an issue on our end. Unfortunately at this time we are not able to provide free calling to Alaska. It was preventing his call from going through unless he dialed similarly to international calling. (With a 011 + 1 prefix)

As an aside, my provider, Voip.Ms considers Hawaii as an International destination :-) You have to enable it specifically.
Years ago I was moving to Hawaii and called the electric company to have them send my last bill to my new Hawaii address. They refused because they don't mail bills overseas! I told them that Hawaii was one of the 50 states, but it did not matter to them because the call taker once shipped a package to Hawaii and it cost lots more than shipping anywhere else on the mainland. SIGH!
