Unable to make GV calls anymore

There are several listed here:

**9 222 222 222 was out of service in the last hour and is now up running (nothing to do with GV service being down).
**9 333 333 333 is working but the subsequent outgoing call on GV service isn't working due to GV down.

It's a bit slow to connect here, but the echo test finally works.

Nop, still does not work for me, same ring once, then dial tone symptom
