Backing off (0's)

So, I recently changed my google account password. I realize later the reason my phone isn't working is that I didn't change my obitalk password. So now I have. It's the same password. And still I have the backing off error. What did I forget ?

Did you change the Obitalk password or the SP1 password in Obitalk?  I am assuming Google Voice is on SP1 and that is the password that must be changed.  The Obi needs to be rebooted after changes like that.
