Complete newbie with OBi110.  I have GoogleVoice on SP1 working fine.  Trying to get my local phone service in Panama City, Panama working on SP2.  Here are my settings.  Have no clue what is wrong or how to fix it.  Have ASUS RT-AC66U router and don't see a setting for SIP ALG.  Please help.

Welcome to the forum!

Unauthorized suggests that the password or user name are probably incorrect.  Please be aware that the username and password you log in to localphones website are not the same as your credentials for your ATA.  Please be sure you type the info into the the Obi setup.  Do not copy and paste!  I have to say the usernam looks strange to me.  I think they usually start with a 1.

Click the internet phone tab in localphone and look for the following information.  You SIP ID and SIP Password will obviously be different.

I'm a complete dumbass.  I don't have an account with localphone.  I have an account with Cable and Wireless Panama but never got any configuration info.  I only have my local phone number.  How do I set this up on the OBi?

Is your service from Cable & Wireless Panama a POTS line?  If yes, it plugs into the LINE port on the OBi110.  Username and password do not apply to the LINE port.  Configuration settings can be found under Physical Interfaces, Line Port.

I'm sorry, I need even more basic help.  I have a phone # with a local phone company in Panama.  That's all the info I have.  I have no idea how to setup the OBi with the manual configuration via Physical Interfaces/LINE.  Don't even know where the phone number would go.  My area code is 507.  I do have the phone & OBi physical connections correct.

I also searched the forums and found this to enter into the expert configuration, but I can't even type, delete any of the fields.  Only copy the existing string.  Even paste is grayed out.  Really don't know what to do next.
Physical Interfaces -> PHONE Port -> PrimaryLine : PSTN Line.
Physical Interfaces -> LINE Port -> DigitMap:
([2-9]11S0|<507>[2-9]xxxxxx|507xxxxxxx|<**1>1xxxxxxxxxx|<**1>011xx.)
Service Providers -> ITSP Profile A -> General -> DigitMap:
(<1507>[2-9]xxxxxx|<1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|1xxxxxxxxxx|011xx.)
