caller hears no ringing

had obi100 with google voice up and running for a while now. all has been good, but some callers are saying they hear no ringing on their end and we just pick up. we hear phone ringing on our end fine. any ideas? TIA

I have the exact same problem! Only seems to happen with a few callers, but happens consistently. Nothing blocking in Google Voice.
