Phone does not ring.

When someone calls me on my Google Voice number, it goes to voicemail, the phone does not ring.
In the settings area, it says "ncoming Calls Will Ring On" and Phone 1 is checked.
How can I troubleshoot this?

Are you sure you have GV set to forward somewhere?

You can forward it to Google Chat or any other phone number you have added to the list of forwards.
