+I am using OBI Voice with Google Voice and an OBI 100. GV is set up with a cell phone and the OBI Voice number.  I've subscribed to Anveo Basic for one year, and I'm trying to add my Anveo number to GV so that I can call forward my GV calls there.  Unfortunately, I am unable to verify the number when it is called.  My Obi device is blinking solid green for power, flashing green for internet, and no light for phone.  The telephone connected to the Obi has a dial tone, but outbound and inbound calls don't go through.  I contacted Anveo who pulled up my account and could see that my device is currently not connected to their service.  I was then referred to obihai.  I've contacted obihai customer support (today) and haven't heard anything from them.  Is anybody on this forum familiar with this problem and do you have any suggestions to get me through this part of the setup process?  Thank you!

I bought a paid Anveo account - the mid tier - and put an extra $50 in there. What I got was a complete mess. Not worth the problems. I'm trying to close the account and get at least a partial refund of my $144 after 24 hours of issues. Let me say this upfront: Anveo is NOT for someone who isn't prepared to spend a bunch of time emailing back and forth using their support system. They don't do phone calls...which is ironic.

I don't understand why Anveo is in the residential consumer business at all. They seem to be oriented towards business and not interested in residential consumers.

You may need to repartition.  Clear whatever SP you are connecting to, and delete Anveo 911 if you have it.  Once I did that I haven't had any problem with Anveo although it's only been a few days.

This link may help as well:  http://www.obitalk.com/forum/index.php?topic=7391.0

Have you tried to perform the Echo Test with your obi?

Thanks to Obihai Support and a few rounds of email, we were able to make things work.  Obihai did check the status of my device remotely, and now the three lights on my obi device are solid green for power, flashing green for internet, and (finally) solid green for phone. The new setup process started with a factory reset, worked through re-adding the obi device to OBITALK and signing up with Anveo again, this time to re-provision the newly added device.  Outbound calls work on the GV number as they did before things went south.  Still working on getting Inbound calls to work on the same number instead of Anveo's number (but that's a different thread).  On my Dashboard I can see that Anveo is now "Registered" on SP1, and GV is "Connected" on SP2.  The link posted by AlanB and MikeHObi on this thread help explain this process.   Thanks everyone for your very helpful comments and suggestions.
