At the bottom of page 5 in http://www.obihai.com/docs/OBi-VoIP-Device-Australian-Localisation-Workbook-v1-1.pdf, the line "DisconnectTonePattern 425-­30;10(.375+.375)" should read "DisconnectTonePattern 425-­30;10;(.375+.375)" (missing ';' after "10").  Also note that http://www.obitalk.com/forum/index.php?topic=616 recommends using "4" instead of "10".
