I have another question,

If I have a SIP service, do I still need OBI Plus Premium? What exactly is the specific need in having OBI Plus?
I am not concerned about calling within a business network. We are simply dialing out across the USA to potential customers wanting insurance information. So on a given day we might have six or seven people dialing in the office all day. Eventually we will be here 5 days a week dialing.

What is the best setup for a call center?

Thx for any help!

FYI, I went with Anveo instead and it's working just fine! OBI doesn't want your business apparently!

You did get a response from the company because this is a message forum, not a customer service center.  The company does not respond to every message or monitor every message.

To answer your question, no you do not need ObiPlus Small Business Solution.

The cheapest solution is:
Buy two OBI202s.
Get 8 Google Voice numbers for free or what ever SIP service you want.
Buy 8 Cisco SPA303 or SPA500G(500, 501, 502...) on eBay.

This only cost you:
The cost of the OBI devices.
The cost of the phones.

Be aware: When you sign agree to Google Voice terms, you agree that the number will not be used for call center.  I'm not sure if monitor their numbers and would actually cut you off.

How would this work? Obiplus only lets you use 2 ip phones unless you you PAY for the premium service. So you have to add that cost. Then the frustration of setup NOT working.
