OBi202 Setup for AXvoice?

Hi,

I'm new to Obi's. I've been a long time Vonage user so IP phones are not new to me. However, I got tired of the high costs and decided to select AXvoice as my service provider with a OBi202 as the adapter. I decided to use the OBi due to the excellent feedback I've read regarding sound quality and flexibility.

The Vonage adapter currently is connected directly to the cable modem and my router is connected to the Vonage in a pass through (bridge) mode. My plan is to use the OBi 202 in the same manner. I've found instructions for setting up the 202 in bridge mode but I've not found instructions for setting up AXvoice. They don't support OBI's and OBi doesn't list AXvoice as a preferred provider.

Can anyone tell me how to setup the 202 for AXvoice?
