Fails to answer into voice mail

I have the most current update for my Obi202 and using VOIP.ms on SP1 with GV on SP2 for messages and when dialing out, my phone rings out and can be answered, but if no one answers, the receiver doesn't pickup into VM. Any help is appreciated.
