No audio on certain calls

I have set up my account and finding that on certain calls, no one can hear me,and I can't hear them, but the call history shows everything connected.

I then call from my cell phone, no problem.   Wife is getting pissed off.

How do you call your GV number for your Vestalink number to retrieve messages?

If your outgoing CallerID is set to your Google Voice number, you cannot call your Google Voice number.
