Obi 202 voice bridge

Can someone please help me set up my Obi 202?
I have vonage as a "landline".  I want to use my Obi 100 to call my Obi 202 then bridge to the Vonage "landline."

I assume you have a Vonage adapter you want to hook your Obi202 up to using the Obiline adapter.  Is that assumption correct?  If you want to place the Vonage credentials on the Obi202 that may not be possible.
Will the Obi100 and Obi202 be in the same network on the same Subnet or will they be at different locations connected via the internet?
