Star Codes (*72) with Concentric service

I recently switched from GV to CC and am using an Obi 100. I am no longer able to use the *72 (call forward all). When I set it up - with all the correct prompts, callers receive a 'number not in service'.

I can accomplish the same function within CC - but need a PC to do so. Works fine that way.

Is there a way to get the Obi 72 star code to work with the CC service?  Are there other star codes that don't work under CC?
