remote party can't hear us

I'm using an OBi100 with PhonePower.  We're having an issue where in the middle of a call the other party will not be able to hear us any more.  All they hear is silence.  We can still hear them fine.  I have sent a message to PhonePower's support, but thought I would try here as well. 

Any thoughts?
