OBI+Anveo yearly service not working

I have provisioned my OBI with Anveo and subscribed to the $40 service. I have also leased a phone # through Anveo account. Status of the service shows "Registered" on Obitalk. I am not able to call out, it says 'No Service'. When I try to call the phone number I leased through Anveo, it rings and then goes to voicemail.
I have opened a support ticket with OBI but no one has responded so far.
Any suggestions from the group?

What do you mean by you "leased" as phone number. Do you have one or two phone numbers on your account?
