When my OBi is not configured to use a trunk group, and an SP rejects a call with a 5xx reason, the OBi plays a message stating that the call has been rejected by the service provider.

Is it possible to configure the device to play a reorder tone instead?

Odd that the tone list has reorder in it but no where does it show when it might be played.
