how to make a call and callback via mobile

  good day everyone,

i am newbie here,due to OBI200 has no lineport to connect PSTN,in order to use callback via AA

i have to set up DID and add trusted callers list,but there is a problem with my callback

i can input digital/number 1/2/3 and accept my command and continue my call successfully on

phone connect with my OBI device,WHY i call DID then enter AA system,when input digital/number

1/2/3 ,but AA system still not detect number 1/2/3 input ,and let me input 1/2/3 to choose back

and forth,so that i cannot finish a call and callback,pls help me thanks.
