VoIP.ms and Google Voice (a combination that works for me)

Unlike Anveo -  E911 is totally optional on VOIP.ms.

I ported three numbers from Verizon. The VOIP.ms port department is terrific and communicative.

I have been using VOIP.ms for a year very happily.
