Callcentric and Obi110 after May 15

Currently I have SP1 = GV and SP2 = Callcentric for E911 only.
I am most likely to get another full VoIP ( tore between PP and ObiVoice), but want to wait until may 15th and see what happens.

So when I loose my service on May 15th, can I use my Callcentric on SP2 for incoming free for call coming on my GV number without buying anything more from CallCentric?
If yes, what do I need to change in obi or GV? What is my call centric number? Is it 777 number on my Obi config for SP2?

For outgoing I plan to use my cell until I figure out what to do. Please help.

You need to order a free number from Callcentric.  The 1777 number is not a real number.  It's just a SIP nimber.  
Once you have a free Callcentric number you will Forward Google Voice to it.  You will then Disable forwarding to Google Chat in the Google Voice settings.

NOTE: This setup will not allow you to dial outbound calls without credit from Callcentric.  If you use Callcentric for outbound you will want to set up Externa; Caller ID to show your GV number.
