I am using an Obi100, Phonepower and a Uniden cordless phone.  When I call someone and need to enter dtmf tones, the tones go mostly "unheard".  I'm simply wondering if anyone can give me a clue as to where this problem is coming from and what can be done about it.  Thanks!!

Try:
Service Providers -> ITSP Profile A/B -> General -> DTMFMethod: RFC2833

I tried that as per your recommendations but the option to change it is grayed out.  Regardless of the box checked, and the number of times I click on the box that says "Automatic" there is no option to actually change it.

Uggg.

Are you using OBiTalk expert configuration?

Uncheck the box under OBiTalk Setting.
Uncheck the box under Device Default.
Click the Down Arrow.
Select RFC2833
Click Submit

I don't use OBiTalk to configure my OBi. Hopefully the above is correct.

Okay, thanks, got it!  Hadn't tried unchecking both boxes, figured it was one or the other.  I'll have to go test it out now.
