Incoming caller IDs not showing

Switched from GV to Phonepower and I have set up GV call forward to phonepower number.

Incoming caller IDs are not showing. When I check the log, it shows anonymous. If I call the phonepower number directly, caller IDs are displayed correctly.

Any solution for this issue? Thanks.

I think your description shows that this is not an OBi setup or performance problem. It is probably a problem with GV or hangouts or whatever it called.  Continue to find it is not a Voicepower problem by forwarding GV to your cellphone and see what the caller ID says.
