CALLBACK cannot be finished

I set up sp1 account with DID/virtual number on my device 200,but there is a problem with my callback,
WHY i call DID/sp1 by cellphone and landline,
then received call and enter AA system,i input digital/number 2/3 and dial phone number
at that time,AA system keep silence a few seconds,finally,AA is automated end up,so that i cannot finish a call .
anybody can help ?thanks in advance
