I've read a lot and I just get more confused.  My Obi100 shows in the Obi site dashboard with PhonePower registered as SP1.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

Obi Expert doesn't check the device to show the settings--it shows what it was set up with and what was last sent from it to the device.  If I make any changes directly in the device Obi Expert will overwrite them w/o warning if I then use it.
