GV is still connected

It is May 16th 2014 and my Google voice on obi110 says that it is still connected. Do obi devices still support GV? Is GV still support XMPP ( or whatever that is )  Protocol??

I Think they chose the wrong date. The date was April 1st with 45 day grace period  :o
